Job Description:

1. Create work plan for agronomic activities for standardize the cultivation of Coffee
2. Conduct research and analysis report about soil, seeds, fertilizers and cultivation process of Coffee
3. Collect plant data for early warning system (EWS) and production forecasting (yields)
4. Provide direction and recommendation for plant cultivation process to Farmers
5. Implement agronomic scientific values and implementation to Farmers effectively

Job Requirements:

1. Male, maximum age 27 years old
2. Min. Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 of Agriculture, Horticulture or a related field
3. Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same field, Freshgraduate are welcome
4. Understand the process of cultivating food crops (Coffee) and plant
   diseases and how to deal with them
5. Presentable and good communication skills
6. Willing to Travel to remote area
